• The user consents that by providing employment credentials, contact numbers, email and social media accounts, user authorizes NCFI to conduct credit investigation, verification and subsequent communications with the provided numbers and accounts, such as but not limited to giving of notices, announcement of promotions or for reminders and collection purposes. For this purpose, user undertakes to inform or notify NCFI of any changes or updates relating to the above numbers or accounts.
• The user acknowledges that NCFI may require or impose additional requirements or conditions as NCFI may deem reasonable and necessary relative to the loan application submitted through this website.
• The user consents that NCFI, including its duly authorized agents and representatives or third party service providers, may collect, use, store, consolidate and process such information and data provided by the user for such lawful purpose as it may deem expedient or necessary in the conduct or pursuit of its business. The user also consents that NCFI may verify or validate such information with any court, government institution, bureau, agency, office or instrumentality.
