- ITR (Latest)
For Balik Manggagawa Loan
- Proof of Billing
- NBI, Police Clearance or Brgy Clearance (Any)
- 2 Valid IDs
- 2x2 picture (2 pcs)
- Visa
- Overseas Employment Certificate
- Flight Details Itinerary
- Employment Contract
